Our story

More than a vineyard.
A story of place and people.

In 2009, Gerry Hamilton began creating Two Bridges Vineyard in Glazebury — and it remains very much his today.

A vision takes root

From a local idea to a lasting vineyard.

What started as an idea and a patch of land in Glazebury has grown into Two Bridges Vineyard — a working vineyard producing Campion Wines and welcoming visitors from across the region.

Set between the two bridges that give the vineyard its name, it’s a place shaped by hard work, patience and a belief that good things can grow in unexpected places.

Two Bridges was created by Gerry and Gill Hamilton, and it’s always been a hands-on, family venture. From planting the first vines to welcoming visitors today, they’ve built the vineyard together.

It’s a place they’re proud to call their own — producing Campion Wines and sharing it with visitors from across Greater Manchester and beyond.
